Well I guess you could call this project #1. I saw something similiar in a little boutique, so I got a canvas and tried it myself. First time I have painted on a canvas (thanks Andrea for all the helpful hints) I am so happy with how it turned out! Some of that happiness must come from my conviction that paint fixes anything! Love to paint!!! For those of you that are currently squinting to read the words around the edge let me help you out-- bloom where you are planted-- I plan on hanging it in Ellie's room. I thought it was a good message; to enjoy and make the best of what life gives you. I guess maybe I need that message more than she does-- maybe I should hang it in my room. There's nothing wrong with us all having a better attitude. I guess it all starts with me! So the message of the day "Bloom where you are planted"!
