Imagination gone wild!

I just can't believe how much Karson has changed lately. He is getting so much bigger and acting older more every day. Just recently he has taken a leap in the imagination department. For those of you who have not seen Alvin and the chipmunks you are missing out(and you will not get this at all--so go rent it, then read this), it was so cute and funny. So it just came out on DVD and Karson has been dying to rent it so we got it and totally got our $3 worth. He watched it everyday even twice one day -I hate divulging how much T.V. we sometimes allow. So, anyway after 2 or 3 times of seeing the movie I was putting Karson to nap/quiet time and as I was leaving the room this occurs:
K: mama
me: what buddy
K: behind your back daddy calls you 'the rats'
me: shock followed by hysterical laughing
(and a phone call to daddy to let him know he was busted--lol)

It is now several days past the time we took the movie back and he continues to randomly quote the movie--hilarious.

The other time that his imagination has shocked me was when we were driving and out of no where he says: "What if we (k&e) were both in the back seat and the windows were open and a bee flew in and squirted me in the face with honey--I could just lick it off." WOW--the wheels are spinning in that child's mind--unreal. I guess several discussions on truth vs story are going to take place in the future.

How adorable! You are so cute to write these things down! I quickly forget Brax's little stories, but I agree that boys this age have insane/entertaining imaginations. How fun!
